I work with clients almost exclusively by telephone, so location is not a concern. In fact, working together by telephone simplifies and streamlines the process. Even my local clients often prefer the convenience of telephone sessions over face to face meetings.
To get the most out of your coaching, think of it as an investment in you and your future. And for coaching to be of value, you need to invest your time, effort and money. Many clients get what they need within three to six months. Others prefer a longer-term coaching partnership.

Telephone Coaching
My fees range from £70 to £180 per month. I offer three or four telephone coaching sessions per month and each package is discussed with the client.
Samples of my three sessions per month packages are shown below:

Face to face coaching

Local Kick Start sessions only.
All of the above include two five minute calls per month and/or communication via
email if you need advice, have a challenge or can’t wait to share a success with
me.
Clients are very welcome to return at any time for one-off sessions or further coaching.
